I never smoke. I don't drink alcohol. My favorite is water or coconut water. I like to eat fish. I don't eat other seafood. I don't eat pickled foods.[
Last year I had 2 surgeries and was on a lot of antibiotics. Then I ate some pickled food and had side effects the next day. I went to the doctor and he said my immune system was down from the antibiotics. I might have been exposed to bad bacteria so I stopped taking it. Try to eat good food and add more probiotics]
